Solutions Delivery Project Manager INF00560

General Summary:

  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business units in order to translate needs of the business units/clients into solutions employing the best technology/automation match to meet/exceed expectations.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project oriented work efforts. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. Facilitation of all phases of project development through implementation (design, development, test and production). Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. React to system/process problems on an as needed basis to resolve problems in a time sensitive manner. Assists Program Manager(s) in partnering with senior management of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve goals of the enterprise. Other duties as assigned
  • Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop and evaluate assigned business analysts in support of client needs and expectations
  • Position Requirements:
  • Office work environment Full-Time, 40 hours per week



Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: BA/BS in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years of IT work experience, including 1 or more years managing projects. Oracle ERP or similar experience, supporting multi-locations required.
